The May Slightware Report - Who's Running the Register?

When most people visit the store, restaurant, or gas station, the receipt winds up in the trash can. But, have you ever really looked at what it says? I bet the manager never has. I bet the marketing department hasn't either.



Okay, okay. Some of these little slightware blurbs are caused by truncation and system limitations. Other times the software powering the register is simply in the wrong hands.
